The location offered was good just next door to the outlet in the bathroom, common areas and galleria's mall and freeways. The room we booked was spotlessly clean and had very comfy bed.

I loved my stay here because the proximity to the James Turrell's Twilight Epiphany Skyscape, just a 30-minute stroll away, and the vibrant energy of Ice at the Galleria, only a short walk of around 2 km, made my weekend city explorations lovely.

Worst stay ever!

I booked for 18 nights but left after a week! First night, AC broke, and it was soooo hot. The staff was useless. Got moved to a room where I saw a cockroach. And then? A dead bed bug on my sheets! The receptionist was super rude and didn't believe me at all. I've never felt so uncomfortable!
